Minimum Inertia Estimation of Power System Considering Frequency Modulation Characteristics of Wind Power-Photovoltaic-Energy Storage

Aiming at the problem of frequency stability of power systems with a high proportion of new energy access, the evaluation method of minimum inertia of power systems with combined frequency modulation of wind-storage-storage is studied. In this method, the frequency response model of the power system is established, and the equivalent inertia index under multi-resource participation is proposed based on the inertia theory. Then the influence factors of the minimum inertia of the system are quantified by the mathematical analysis method. The simulation results show that the frequency stability of the power system is improved when the wind-wind storage is involved in frequency modulation. At the same time, in the minimum inertia evaluation method of the power system with the initial frequency change characteristic as the constraint index, the maximum active disturbance is proportional to the minimum inertia demand of the power system, which can reduce the maximum active disturbance and the minimum inertia demand of the power system.
