Research and Design of Multimodal Interactive Decompression Products for College Students

As society becomes more and more competitive, everyone feels a certain amount of pressure. Among them, the psychological stress condition of college students is especially concerned. Multimodal interaction provides new ways for human-computer interaction and has good prospects for application in various fields. In this paper, we propose the design principles of multimodal interaction for stress reduction in college students through questionnaire research and interaction mode experiment. Propose interaction strategies based on Gross emotion regulation process model. It is divided into passive regulation stage and active regulation stage with corresponding interaction mode before and after the intervention of emotional expression. Finally, the design principles and strategies are used to guide the design practice to guide the college students to effectively relieve stress, reduce the probability of mental health problems in the college students.
