Multi-agent Model of AGVs Online Scheduling in Automated Sorting Warehouse

Aiming at the scheduling problem of automatic sorting warehouse package and AGV, considering the uncertainty and dynamics of the real environment, an online scheduling simulation system based on multi-agent is designed. The system consists of package agent, AGV agent and management agent. The system defines the interaction mechanism between multiple agents, and at the same time embeds different scheduling strategies for the agents. Taking the minimization of the weighted total completion time as the optimization objective, simulation experiments are carried out on the scheduling strategies under different problem sizes. The results show that the urgency priority strategy has the best solution effect, indicating that the strategy has a better application in large-scale online scheduling problems.
