SE-Based Optimal Power Allocation Strategy for Cognitive MIMO Radar Against Jammer Interference

Cognitive radar system capable of complex and volatile external environment by sensing and adaptive adjustment transponder system to adapt to the current environment. In this paper, the cognitive MIMO radar power allocation strategy is considered with a smart jammer present. Radar strives to improve detection efficiency, while jammer maximizes its jamming effect. Hence Stackelberg Game is modeled to solve the countermeasures using MMSE as the utility function. The proposed SE-PSO algorithm obtain the optimal power allocation strategy at Stackelberg equilibrium. Simulation result prove the effectiveness of the method.
