Blockchain Solutions for Local Energy Market

Tools such as blockchain and smart contracts represent an interesting opportunity for various sectors including the electro-energy one. This paper describes the study and implementation of a Proof of Concept for the creation of local energy markets using blockchain technologies and smart contracts in order to ensure decentralization, transparency, trustworthiness and accountability.
