Research on the Evolutionary Game of the Cooperation Network between New Energy Automobile Companies and University-Research institutions Driven by the Government

In recent years, China's integrated innovation capability has improved significantly, and the new energy automobile industry, as an important manifestation of its innovation capability, has received more and more attention from the government. This paper constructs a patent cooperative innovation network of new energy enterprises and University-Research institutions, and combines evolutionary game theory with numerical simulation to analyze the influence of each parameter on cooperative behavior under market mechanism and government regulation. It is found that by changing the revenue sharing coefficient, government subsidy coefficient, penalty amount and regulation coefficient, the cooperation strategy of the main body can be changed, and the average cooperation probability and average return in the network can be affected.
