Experimental study on vibration characteristics of confluence planetary row with steady-state conditions

The confluent planetary row is an important part of the integrated transmission device of tracked vehicles, which has been in complex working conditions for a long time, and the vibration problem is very obvious. When the vehicle runs at a uniform speed in the comprehensive transmission of smooth road conditions, the confluence planetary row is mainly subject to steady-state excitation. In this paper, focusing on the confluence planetary row under steady-state conditions, the dynamic model of the confluence planetary row gear system under steady-state condition is established, and the dynamic characteristics of the confluence planetary row under constant speed and load are calculated. The comprehensive test-bed of the confluence planetary row vibration is designed and built. The steady-state condition test of the confluent planetary row is carried out. The confluence planetary row's vibration characteristics in time and frequency domain are analyzed. The basic response characteristics of the confluence planetary row gear system under no-load condition and the vibration characteristics under constant speed and constant load condition are obtained. The conclusions have theoretical support and engineering value for vibration reduction and condition monitoring of the confluence planetary row system.
