Dynamic analysis and experimental study of confluence planetary row under transient torque shock

Confluence planetary row is an indispensable part of the comprehensive transmission of tracked vehicles. When the vehicle is in constant speed climbing and braking conditions, the confluence planetary row system will withstand transient torque shock, which is directly related to the dynamic characteristics of the vehicle transmission. Considering the impact of time-varying meshing bending stiffness, torsional stiffness, meshing damping, meshing error and other parameters, the dynamic model of the confluence planetary gear train system under the action of transient torque shock is established, and the comprehensive time-domain vibration characteristics are studied in combination with experiments. The results show that under the encouragement of rectangular torque impact, the components of the modulation sideband appear around the meshing frequency and octave frequency in each speed, and the development trend of amplitude response is similar to that of square torque impact encouragement. Under the impact excitation of saw tooth torque, there are obvious changes of multiple vibration impacts; The research results play an important role in reducing vibration and noise and optimizing the structure of the confluence planetary row.
