Platform Adaptive Integer AC Technology Combination

The purpose of this study is to find ways to reduce the time of delivery of visual information to the user by improving the coding algorithms. In the course of the study, methods based on arithmetic coding were used. The basis is the JPEG algorithm with the introduction of arithmetic coding while eliminating the following shortcomings: it removes a series of repetitions that are equal to one and the last pair after the RLE processing stage. These modifications double the compression efficiency compared to the classical approach. It is also important to note the effect of decreasing the number of elements in the dictionary after zigzag scanning of a group of transformants.
