Study on The Dilemmas and Ability Improvement of University Experimental Teaching Staff under The Background of Double First-class

Experimental teaching staff is an integral part of colleges and universities under a “double first-class” background. This paper analyses the current situation of the number of undergraduates in Regular HEIs and postgraduates in China and the current situation of university experimental teaching staff under the “double first-class” background. Taking the School of Automation of the Wuhan University of Technology as an example, this paper analyzes the needs of experimental teaching staff, discusses the dilemmas and challenges faced by them, and gives corresponding suggestions based on existing policies.
