Design and Implementation of a Centralized Control System For Donkey-hide Gelatin Production

In order to carry out the production of donkey-hide gelatin more efficiently, this paper introduces the design and application of DCS in the production of donkey-hide gelatin. According to the process characteristics of donkey-hide gelatin production, based on the control requirements of each section of the donkey-hide gelatin process, the design and development of a centralized control system for the production of donkey-hide gelatin plays a key role in the production stability by accurately controlling the temperature, steam pressure and liquid level of the equipment in each process of donkey-hide gelatin production, which fully meets the production requirements.
