Study on High Stability Single Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator

A 10MHz high-stability single oven control crystal oscillator was developed. The theoretical analysis and calculation of the oscillation circuit was carried out. The oscillation circuit topology structure was designed based on the theoretical analysis result. The experiment result show that the phase noise of the oven controlled crystal oscillator was -118dBc/Hz@1Hz and the Allan deviation was 4E-13/1S.
