Generation of Millimeter-Wave Airy OAM MultiBeams Carrying Multiplexing OAM Modes

In this letter, the phase superposition method was applied to transmission metasurface (TMS) to generate millimeter-wave circular Airy orbital angular momentum (OAM) beams, which have desired multiplexing OAM modes. The anisotropic units with polarization grid forming the TMSs, and provide high transmittances and phase shift 360° at 30GHz. The Simulated results indicates nondiffracting propagation distance
