Design and Implementation of a Transceiver composed of RF Chips

In order to reduce the volume of an L-band military date link, and meet the demands of our miniaturization of the military equipment. In this paper, a RF transceiver composed of RF chips is designed. Through the process of design index analysis, device selection and simulation analysis, the RF transceiver is designed. After reasonable schematic design and hardware layout design, the hardware circuit is processed and assembled. The measured results show that the domestically L-band transceiver can meet the design requirement.
