Design and Implementation of 10MHz-45GHz High Power Frequency Multiplier Filter Module

In this paper, a high-power frequency multiplier filter module with an operating frequency of 10MHz to 45GHz is designed. The effect of RF channel power allocation on adjacent channel leakage ratio (ACLR) and error vector magnitude (EVM) was considered in the design process. in the whole frequency band is realized, and a high-power combiner circuit in this frequency band is proposed. The measurement results show that the ACLR is better than −60dB when the output power is less than −5dBm. When the vector signal power is 4dBm@44GHz, the EVM is 0.85.
