Robust-Based Market Bidding Strategy and Profit Allocation Method for the Alliance of Wind Power Generators Considering Shared Energy Storage

The uncertainty of wind power output will make wind power generators (WPGs) suffer energy deviation settlement, which can be sovlved by energy storage. However, the independent construction of energy storage equipment will bring high investment costs to WPGs. The sharing of energy storage resources among different types of WPGs provides a new solution to the problem. Therefore, a robust-based market bidding model for the alliance of WPGs considering shared energy storage (SES) is developed to mitigate the energy deviation and improve the expected profit of the alliance through the sharing of energy storage resources between WPGs. Then, the profit allocation approach based on the improved Shapley value (ISV) method considering multiple factors is proposed to allocate the cooperation profit. Simulations illustrate that WPGs can improve their profits by cooperating as an alliance and participating in the energy market through the bidding strategy. In addition, the proposed profit allocation method can allocate each participant with reasonable shares and reflect their real bargaining powers in the cooperation.
