Design of Direct ACC Unit Temperature Detection System Based on Energy-Harvesting Wireless Sensor Node

For detecting the temperature distribution of direct ACC unit more precisely, we have developed a temperature detecting system based on wireless sensor network. In the meantime, aiming at some disadvantages on existing power supply problem of sensor node, the new approach of collecting and converting environmental energy to supply power for low-power data acquisition nodes in system is used; establish the energy supply model based on TEG, which can greatly reduce the dependence of data acquisition nodes on batteries, the high cost of battery replacement and regular maintenance. Finally, it can significantly improve the sustainability and reliability of the whole wireless sensor network. which has clear practical engineering significance.
