Hydraulic System Principle and Common Fault Analysis of Hydraulic Press

In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, China's industrial demand for advanced equipment is increasing. As the main equipment of material forming, hydraulic press is widely used. In this paper, the working principle of the hydraulic system of high pressure and large flow hydraulic press is analyzed in detail, and the common fault phenomenon of the system is analyzed and the concrete improvement measures are put forward, which is of great significance to reduce and avoid the hydraulic fault and contribute to the better and more stable operation of the system.
