Intelligent Manufacturing Line Design Based on Parallel Collaboration

After the transformation of the automatic production line, most of the traditional manufacturing factories adopt the serial processing method for production, which not only has insufficient resource scheduling and low production efficiency, but also requires a lot of manpower and material resources to be invested in the high cost of line change. Therefore, under the general trend of digital transformation, factories need a way of full resource scheduling, higher production efficiency and convenient line change. Firstly, with the goal of the shortest completion time of a single product, the specific steps of the process were analyzed, the layout of the production line was carried out, and the general parallel scheduling rules were extracted to establish the scheduling model of processing, assembly and quality inspection of a single product in MES system. Then, the layout and optimization of production line are carried out by the established model. Finally, the specific execution instructions are normalized, and a standard coding structure is proposed. Finally, the actual operation results show that the optimization rate of the optimized production line is 48.5%, which proves the superiority of the parallel cooperative scheduling model.
