Static analysis and size optimization of threading machine based on ANSYS

Aiming at the problem that string foods are processed manually in the current market, this paper designs an automatic string threading machine to replace manual high-intensity operation. The machine establishes the three-dimensional model of the threading machine through the CAD Software Solidworks, designs the replaceable sign die, and carries out the static and modal analysis of the key components in combination with the ANSYS software. According to the analysis results, the strength and stiffness of the machine meet the requirements, and the natural frequency of the support avoids resonance under the external excitation. The size is optimized to reduce the weight of the machine. The machine can meet the processing of different foods, reduce material consumption and obtain good economic benefits.
