Robust Static Output Feedback Control with Input Constraints for fuzzy systems: Descriptor Approach

This work document describes a static output feed-back control design with input constraints for uncertain Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) models with external disturbance. Our proposed controller not only guarantees that the resulting closed-loop system is stable, but also ensures that the effects of the distur-bance are minimized through the
$H_{\infty}$
criterion for all admissible control inputs. Based on Lyapunov theory, the controller gains are obtained by resolving a convex optimization problem that is subject to a set of linear matrix inequality (LMI) constraints. Truck trailer simulation results are provided to prove the applicability and efficiency of the proposed method.
