Sustainability of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Halal Eco-Tourism Information System

The use of information system related halal is not only used for the food industry but also in several other sectors including halal ecotourism. The purpose of this study is to calculate the sustainability index of the Main Performance Indicators of the Halal Agro Ecotourism Information System. The research took place in Rancamaya Bogor in 2021 and covered an area of 8.845 hectares. Data and information were obtained from interviews, questionnaires, field observations, and focus group discussions (FGD) five times with bureaucrats, technocrats, and business people. The examination of 15 attributes was analyzed using the multidimensional scaling (MDS) method. The results of the Key Performance Indicators of Halal Eco-Tourism Information System provided a sustainability index value of 57.50% (being fairly sustainable). As a leverage attributes are Information on improving the traceability of a halal food product (syar'i and scientific) with Root Mean Square (RMS) value of 4.29, Information on improving the comfort of moslem tourists with RMS 4.10 and Information on increasing moslem tourists confidence with RMS 4.02. Attributes are proposed as component of the halal ecotourism competitiveness index.
