Features of Risk Analysis in Solving RCPSP Using the GASPIA Algorithm

The paper presents the model of resource-constrained project scheduling problem proposed by the authors with limited resources and fuzzy components of the cash flow. For the previously developed GASPIA algorithm, designed to solve problems with crisp parameters, modifications are proposed that make it possible to use this algorithm in the fuzzy case. The changes made to the algorithm make it possible not only to find the optimal project schedule, but also to take into account the investor’s attitude to the risk of insufficient funds at the project implementation stage. Evaluation methods adapted for the con-ditions of the problem make it possible to compare schedules according to the criterion of the risk of unprofitability of the project. Computational experiments demonstrate the application of the modified algorithm to test cases with fuzzy parameters. We see the development of the model as a consideration of the problem statement with restrictions on the size of net present value and a criterion for minimizing project risks.
