Information Modeling of Products in the Form of a Flexible Multilayer Shell with a Network of Sensors

The paper proposes the application of information modeling to the design, creation and subsequent promotion of a flexible multilayer shell structure with a network of intelligent sensors. The proposed network can be either wired or wireless. The network can be serial, parallel, or a combination. In the case of a wired network, a two-wire or four-wire serial network is proposed, where the sensors are connected to each other either using nanowires or conductive contact tracks. Shell information modeling involves describing the properties of the structure itself, its visualization taking into account the stress-strain state, designing a system of flexible sensors that determine the parameters of the stress-strain state of the structure, studying its wear resistance, monitoring the structure during operation, etc. The shell structure is designed for a robotic product, or for a person. The implementation of information modeling tasks is caused by the requirements of high accuracy in the execution of work by the robot itself, ensuring reliable and trouble-free operation of the shell structure during operation. To monitor the state of the shell, a system of sensors is proposed that determines the local measure of the bending of the structure, the measure of the deformation of the shell in tension, the measurement of the loading forces of the shell, the possible forces of its punching, etc. In order to ensure accurate implementation of work on information modeling, project management from a single center, monitoring of work performance at all stages of the life cycle of a shell structure and a robotic product is assumed. Information modeling of a shell structure will increase the efficiency of the robot or a person, reduce the time spent on a project, and ultimately reduce the cost of the project itself.
