Abstract:

The article discusses innovative solutions for the organization and planning of maintenance and repair of electrical equipment of oilfield facilities with the strategy "by technical condition". The developed methodology is based on the application of a logical-probabilistic model for calculating the reliability of power supply to oil production consumers, taking into account the operational composition of the network circuit and the condition of the equipment. The calculation of the index of the technical condition of equipment and power facilities is carried out with the frequency of updating the diagnostic data and is used to predict the probability of a power supply failure in the circuit of each technological consumer. The method of expert assessments has found an effective application for adjusting the annual maintenance plan in terms of regulatory periodicity and the type of scheduled repairs. A key component of the methodology is the model of an adaptive technological map of electrical equipment repairs. It reflects the relationship between the list of identified faults in the object, the list of corrective operations and allows to adjust (reduce) the volume and complexity of corrective actions for equipment. The implementation of the adjusted maintenance and repair plan is proposed to be carried out according to the minimum risk criterion, which ensures the minimization of total operating costs, taking into account the damage from technological losses of oil production at an acceptable level of operational reliability of equipment. In addition, the proposed methodology is illustrated by a numerical example.
