Mathematical Modeling of the Scattering Spectra of Ultrashort Laser Pulses on a Multi-atomic Structure

The paper proposes mathematical models of the interaction spectra of ultrashort laser pulses with a polyatomic system as a way to study complex molecular structures. The results of modeling make it possible to analyze the properties of the object under study on the basis of the established basic regularities and peculiarities of functioning of real biomaterials. This paper will show the results of simulation of pulse interaction spectra with the molecular structure of DNA. As an example, we will calculate two cases of molecular structure. Let us simulate the scattering spectrum of ideal DNA, with properly formed nitrogenous bases and nucleotides. For comparison, let us build a model of the same DNA with growth pathology for the case when its structure is disturbed and nitrogenous bases are absent. The obtained data will simplify the analysis of real spectra of the interaction between USPs with the substance, which is especially important for studies in medicine, biophysics, and genetic engineering.
