Research on Portable Integrated System of Second Generation Resonant Pulse Repair Equipment

Aiming at the problem of sulfation of lead-acid batteries during use, a portable integrated system for resonant pulse repair of second-generation batteries was developed. The system consists of a flyback converter and a repair circuit. The system analyzes and processes the collected battery working condition parameters through the microcontroller unit to adjust the frequency and amplitude of the control pulse in real time. The system adopts compound frequency pulse technology to realize the activation treatment of lead-acid battery vulcanization problem. Finally, an experimental prototype is produced in this paper. The experimental data show that the prototype can basically meet the design indicators.
