Weighted median based multiple exposure blending for rain streak removal

This paper introduces a multiple exposure blending method based on a weighted median operation that can remove rain streaks in image blending. Our method can effectively remove rain streaks and enhance the dynamic range of images, simultaneously. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of our method compared with some conventional methods.
