Improvement of Signal Power in Intrabody Communication Using an Impedance Adjustment Circuit

This study describes the effect of an impedance adjustment circuit in a transmitter on the received signal power for intrabody communication (IBC). The frequency characteristics of path loss in IBC are analyzed through experiments, circuit simulations, and electromagnetic field simulations. The results confirm that the impedance adjustment circuit can improve the received signal power.
