Content Delivery Methods Considering Both Emergency and Demand for Neighbor Cooperative Offloading System

We have considered the offload methods to alleviate the load on carrier networks using neighbor communication. It is better to select the contents with high demands to be delivered with high priority. However, we have to take into account the expiration time or emergency of the contents to distribute them in case of disasters. In this paper, an adaptive content distribution method to count both the demand and the emergency of each content is evaluated and discussed. As a result, our proposal is reported to be effective to balance the demand and the emergency to some extent.
