The Circuit Design of a High Precision Forehead Thermometer

Given the problem that the measurement accuracy of the current market thermometer is not high enough, this thesis aims to design a high-precision thermometer. The thesis analyzes the main factors that affect the accuracy of the infrared temperature sensor measurement results and uses the Kalman filter method to preprocess the data. An error compensation algorithm using MEA-BP neural network algorithm and least square curve fitting is proposed to obtain the measurement results with higher accuracy [1]. The temperature value is displayed through the OLED display module, and voice broadcast, high-temperature alarm, and temperature measurement mode can be set.
