Cleaner Design for “Multipurpose Reactor GA Siwabessy” Brush Grill. For the past 34 years, the “Siwabessy Multipurpose Reactor-GA (RSG GAS)” has been in operation. A reflector is one of the reactor core's components. Aging occurs during operation, resulting in physical changes to the reactor core, particularly the Beryllium Block Reflector. This aging renders the series of letters and numbers representing the reactor core's coordinates invisible from the reactor pool's surface. This study develops a cleaning tool for the “RSG-GAS” reactor core using a Brush Drill to aid in the operation and maintenance of the “RSG GAS” reactor and to ensure the reactor's reliability. Methods used include literature research, concept design, tool technical design, and the creation of technical documents for tool manufacturing. The study's findings led to the development of the “RSG-GAS” Reactor Core Cleaning Tool with a Brush Drill. The main shaft is made of solid Al6063 aluminum and has a diameter of 25 mm2. The dirty water pipe is made of Al6063 aluminum and has an inner diameter of 40mm. The bearing is a ball bearing type 6005, and the driving force is provided by an electric motor with 1 HP and a pump code 4032 A2 - 5 0.75.
