Conventional Biliblanket Phototherapy For Double Irradiation in Bilirubin Baby

The behavior of the baby's parents, in general, is to dry the baby in the morning without knowing whether the baby has hyperbilirubinemia or not. Jaundice or jaundice neonatorum is a disease caused by hyperbilirubinemia or high levels of bilirubin in the blood. Hyperbilirubinemia is often found in infants with characteristic yellow skin and sclera and blood bilirubin levels of more than 5 mg/sL. One way to cure jaundice is to use blue light phototherapy. To provide even blue light on the patient's body without changing the patient's sleeping position, radiation therapy is needed that is evenly distributed so that it can reduce bilirubin levels efficiently. The method used is irradiation using blue light, with testing 20 times at 5 points each for biliblanket and testing 20 times at 3 measurement distances for fluorescent lights. The results of the study in measuring biliblanket irradiation had a positive average difference of $1,940\ \mu\mathrm{W}/\text{cm}^{2}/\text{nm}$ and for fluorescent lamp measurements, a distance of 30 cm had a positive difference of $1,540\ \mu\mathrm{W}/\text{cm}^{2}/\text{nm}$, a distance of 40 cm had a positive difference of $1,540\ \mu\mathrm{W}/\text{cm}^{2}/\text{nm}$ a negative difference of $-3,081\ \mu\mathrm{W}/\text{cm}^{2}/\text{nm}$ and 50 cm has a difference of $-5,576 \ \mu\mathrm{W}/\text{cm}^{2}/\text{nm}$. This study shows that the feasibility of the tool is only on biliblanket for a distance of less than 30 cm.
