A Network Traffic-pressure-link-tree of Broadband FTTx Network Based on Service VLAN

For supporting refined network planning and construction to improve the accuracy of investment and construction, it is need to evaluate whether there are bottlenecks in the existing channel resources and hardware capabilities. This work should be done according to the network service bearing target and its changing trend, In order to reflect the E2E traffic pressure oriented from various services, it is necessary to link the service stream from the service source to the service VLAN of each UNI within the terminals. Various services start from the VLAN where the subscriber is located, and are mapped to each hardware port and uplink port group. The traffic-pressure-link-tree of broadband access network specifically includes following aspects. The first is the scope of management. The second is based on the topological relationship between the equipment in each layer of the broadband access network. The third is the traffic pressure path includes the port connection between the devices and the cables. It also includes the connection of packets between the internal ports of the devices. The fourth is the P2MP copy point within the service link. The traffic-pressure-link-tree is based on the fact that all service subscribers are connected to the broadband access network through terminal, forming data links based on various service VLANs at all ports of the broadband service, and clarifying the path of the service pipeline. When calculating the cumulative traffic pressure generated at each port of various types of equipment among E2E link, because the traffic collection value is mainly about the OLT PON port, the daily peak value can be designated as the basis for judging the network bearing capability
