Research on Data Transmission and Fusion Method for Command and Control System

There are many differences between intelligent range communication system and commercial and civil communication system in the scene, and there are many difficulties in the design and implementation that cannot be solved in the existing communication schemes. Aiming at the requirement of real-time video transmission for information timeliness and the packet transmission error caused by the dynamic change of communication channel, a real-time video transmission strategy based on packet timeliness was designed under the limitation of packet loss rate and with the goal of optimizing the information timeliness of receiver. Simulation results show that compared with the traditional hybrid automatic retransmission request, the proposed strategy guarantees the transmission timeliness of data packets better. At the same time, the strategy proposed in this paper is also very competitive in optimizing video quality.
