The Trading Framework of Distributed Energy Storage System Based on Robust Optimization and Stackelberg Game

In order to maximize the role of energy storage resources in the distribution system and improve the operation efficiency of the system. Taking the distribution system including renewable energy photovoltaic power generation, user load and energy storage equipment as the optimization object, this chapter proposes a user side distributed energy storage robust stackelberg game optimization scheduling method. Firstly, considering the uncertainty of renewable energy output and load fluctuation in the system, and using the regulation ability of energy storage to power flow, a two-level robust optimal economic dispatching model of the system is established; Then, using the linear dual theory, the robust bilevel optimization model with uncertain variables is transformed into a mixed integer monolayer optimization model with only deterministic variables; In addition, the stackelberg game based on particle swarm optimization algorithm is adopted between the distribution grid operators and users in the system to optimize the transaction behavior, improve the new energy consumption capacity of the system and improve the economic benefits of both sides. Finally, an example of the improved IEEE 33 bus system is analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed optimal scheduling method.
