The Influence of Rotor Chute on Vibration and Noise of Induction Motor

With the rapid development of human civilization and the rapid improvement of science and technology, people gradually put forward higher and higher requirements for the living environment. The influence of rotor chute on vibration and noise of induction motor is helpful to prolong motor life, improve motor performance and meet the needs of economic development. Based on the numerical change of rotor chute, this paper studies the vibration and noise size of asynchronous motor from the vibration parameters of two-point motor, which is mainly divided into four parts: Studying the principle of vibration and noise of induction motor and its influencing factors, constructing the relationship between vibration and noise of induction motor and rotor chute, simulating the vibration and noise of induction motor under different chute angles, and analyzing the influence of rotor chute on noise of induction motor.
