A device for automatically adjusting the flow of welding shielding gas

With the development of science and technology, welding automation has gradually become the main direction of research in the field of welding. In view of the need to adjust the flow rate of the shielding gas during the welding process to adapt to different working conditions, a device for automatically adjusting the flow rate of the welding shielding gas is designed. The device uses a dual-axis stepper motor to provide power and realizes the function of automatic adjustment. This paper focuses on the working principle of the device and the theoretical analysis of the opening .The device is modeled by Solid works software. After the modeling is completed, it is imported into ADAMS software for kinematics simulation, and the simulation results are obtained and analyzed. The results provide a reference for automatically adjusting the welding shielding gas flow in the actual welding process.
