Research on Electromechanical Drive Dynamics for the Single-Piston Concrete Pump

The design scheme is described with two-mass mathematical models of dynamic systems of an electromechanical drive for the concrete pump. Differential equations on motion of the considered dynamic systems were made. Solving them with the help of complex functions allowed defining the of torsional vibration patterns of the electric engine rotor and other elements of the electromechanical drive under the action of a variable torque of resistance forces. Functional dependencies which describe the change in the torsion angles of the shafting and dynamic loads of the electromechanical drive elements during its torsional vibrations were found. There are also recommendations given to improve the performance and reliability of the electromechanical drive for concrete pumps.
