Principles of Development of Effective Control Algorithms for Heating Systems of Communal and Residential Buildings

Peculiarities of centralized heating control of communal and residential buildings in the conditions of sharp change of parameters of external environment are considered. The humidity and temperature influence on the condition of enclosing structures and the microclimate of indoor premises caused by it are studied. The principles of construction of the control algorithms for the achievement of optimum expenses of the heat carrier at preservation of the necessary level of comfort for people and storage or proper functioning of the equipment are determined. The efficiency of the developed approaches on the basis of automatic weather control systems is investigated.
