The Development of the Automatic Control System for the Production Process of the Heating the Bandages of Large Composite Rolling Rolls to be Dismantled

the aim of the work is to develop a dynamics control system for the production process of the heating the bandages of large composite rolling roll to be dismantled. One of the important areas that allow increasing the economic effect in resource-intensive technologies is the process of restoring large-sized compound rolls of rolling mills. The defining operation of this process is the separation of the mating bandage and the roll's axis by thermal action on the embracing part. The general principles and results of the development, research and creation of an improved technological process for heating the products under study in a high-speed heating furnace have been described the proposed the automatic control system consists of electric drive, controller, closed loop and state observer. Some signals are impractical to measure because the objects being measured may be inaccessible for such reasons as harsh environments. Therefore, it is suggested to use a state observer. This method can be used to improve the process of heating the bandages of large composite rolling rolls to be dismantled. The expediency of subsequent research and development of the control system for the optimal performing of the heating process of the roll has been established.
