Technological platform for the transdisciplinary follow-up of university students with some type of condition and/or disability

Attention to diversity is defined as the set of educational actions that, in a broad sense, try to prevent and respond to the needs, temporary or permanent, of all the students of an educational institution. Having a platform that allows personalized monitoring of students and that is available to teachers and decision makers, will allow the analysis, design and implementation of an academic support and monitoring program for the accompaniment of students with some type of condition and/or disability. The main objective of this work is to present the design of a technological platform for the transdisciplinary follow-up of university students with some type of condition and/or disability, which can be used by professors, decision makers, administrators, the clinical area, the psychopedagogical area, and the parents.
