Coding Democracy: How Hackers Are Disrupting Power, Surveillance, and Authoritarianism

Hackers have a bad reputation, as shady deployers of bots and destroyers of infrastructure. In Coding Democracy, Maureen Webb offers another view. Hackers, she argues, can be vital disruptors.
