Biography
Aracely Mera-Navarrete received the master’s degree in business administration from UIDE. She is currently a Computer Engineer in Quito, Ecuador. She is an Expert in e-learning platforms FATLA.ORG, her skills and abilities are in computer science and its associated technologies, such as hardware, software, communications, e-learning platforms, construction of computer systems, and management in LMS applications (Moodle-CANVAS).(Based on document published on 20 November 2024).
