Biography
Lican Kang received the B.Sc. degree in applied mathematics from Jiangxi Normal University, Nanchang, China, in 2015, and the Ph.D. degree in statistics from Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, in 2021.,He is currently an Incoming Assistant Professor at the Institute for Math and AI, Wuhan University, Wuhan, China. He has authored over ten research papers published in journals such as the SIAM Journal on Control and Optimization, Journal of Machine Learning Research, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, and Information Sciences.
