Abhilasha Bhargav-Spantzel received the Ph.D. degree from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, in 2007.,Since 2007, she has been a Security Specialist at Intel Corporation, Santa Barbara, CA. She has been involved in research activities for several National Science Foundation funded projects related to Identity Management at Purdue as a part of her thesis research. She was with the Biometric Standards Performance and Assurance Laboratory, Purdue, where she was engaged in new techniques for integrating biometrics with cryptographic protocols and to use them in identity management systems.
