Xiubao Jiang received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, Hubei University, China, in 2007 and 2010, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the School of Electronic Information and Communication, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2016.
