Biography

Kevin L. Fox received the B.S. degree in Mathematics from the University of the South, Sewanee, TN in 1981, the M.S. degree in Mathematical Sciences from Clemson University in 1983, and the Ph.D. in Mathematical Sciences from Clemson University in 1987.,Since then, he has been a software engineer with Harris Corporation's Government Communications Systems Division. His research interests have spanned a variety of Information Technologies, including information retrieval, databases, natural language processing, neural networks and data fusion.
