Biography
Yin Han was born in Suihua, Heilongjiang, China, in 1964. He received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in traffic engineering from Jilin University, Changchun, Jilin, China, in 1987, 1994, and 2003, respectively. He has been working at the Department of Traffic Engineering, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, Shanghai, China, as a Professor, since 2005. He is currently the Academic Leader of the discipline of transportation engineering at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
