Biography
Abbas Semnani (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Tehran, Tehran, Iran, in 2000, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the K. N. Toosi University of Technology, Tehran, in 2002 and 2009, respectively.,He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, The University of Toledo, Toledo, OH, USA. Before joining UToledo in 2019, he was with Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, USA, from 2012, where he specialized in plasma–electromagnetic interactions and plasma for high-power radio frequency tuning.
